⚠️ Pre-Existing Damage and Liability

Our team works carefully on every job. We cannot accept responsibility for:

Pre-existing damage to surfaces, fixtures, or fittings
Wear and tear on delicate or antique items
Damage from faulty fixtures such as loose taps or broken tiles
Colour fading or material deterioration caused by age
Items in precarious positions that fall during cleaning

We carry out a brief inspection before starting and flag any concerns. Please remove or highlight high-value or fragile items beforehand.

🔑 Access and Preparation

To ensure an efficient service please make sure:

All areas requiring cleaning are accessible
Water and electricity are available
Fragile or valuable items are secured or removed
Pets are kept in a secure, separate area
Any specific requirements or problem areas are pointed out beforehand

Time spent moving furniture or clearing clutter is billed at the standard hourly rate.

📅 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a £50 fee
Regular contracts require at least one week's notice to cancel
If we need to cancel due to illness or emergency we will notify you promptly and offer a convenient rescheduled slot
