⚠️ Pre-Existing Damage and Liability

Our team works carefully on every job. We cannot accept responsibility for:

  • Pre-existing damage to surfaces, fixtures, or fittings
  • Wear and tear on delicate or antique items
  • Damage from faulty fixtures such as loose taps or broken tiles
  • Colour fading or material deterioration caused by age
  • Items in precarious positions that fall during cleaning

We carry out a brief inspection before starting and flag any concerns. Please remove or highlight high-value or fragile items beforehand.

🔑 Access and Preparation

To ensure an efficient service please make sure:

  • All areas requiring cleaning are accessible
  • Water and electricity are available
  • Fragile or valuable items are secured or removed
  • Pets are kept in a secure, separate area
  • Any specific requirements or problem areas are pointed out beforehand

Time spent moving furniture or clearing clutter is billed at the standard hourly rate.

📅 Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a £50 fee
  • Regular contracts require at least one week's notice to cancel
  • If we need to cancel due to illness or emergency we will notify you promptly and offer a convenient rescheduled slot
