⚠️ Pre-Existing Conditions

We take great care during every visit. However, we are unable to accept responsibility for:

Pre-existing damage to fencing, paving, or garden structures
Natural wear and deterioration of plants or materials
Damage from unstable or poorly fixed garden features
Items left in areas scheduled for work
Colour variation in treated timber due to prior weathering

We carry out a quick review of the garden before work begins and flag anything of concern.

🔑 Access and Preparation

To help us work efficiently and safely please ensure:

Clear, unobstructed access to all areas requiring attention
Garden furniture or obstacles moved where possible
Pets kept indoors or in a secure separate area
Plants, features, or zones to avoid pointed out beforehand
Water access available if required

Time spent clearing obstructions is charged at the standard hourly rate.

📅 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a £50 fee
Regular maintenance contracts require one week's written notice to cancel
If adverse weather requires rescheduling we will contact you promptly with alternative options

Note: Adverse weather may occasionally require rescheduling. We always give as much notice as possible.

Payment is due on completion of each visit unless a prior arrangement has been agreed in writing.
