🔑 Access and Preparation

• Clear access to the area requiring work
• Power and water available where the task requires it
• Fragile items in the work area secured or removed beforehand
• Parking or loading access confirmed where tools and materials are involved

📅 Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a £50 fee
• If we need to reschedule due to illness or an emergency we will notify you promptly and offer an alternative time at your convenience
